Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking number/s.


The provided tracking number/s can be clicked and a tracking window will open with the assigned couriers tracking network.


Once the item is collected by the courier, it can take up to 48 hours for the first scan to be registered in the tracking system. This is completely normal and is simply a result of the item being in transit to a nearby facility for sorting.


However once the item has been scanned you should be able to see regular updates on which depot, sorting facility or post office the item has reached and the estimated date of delivery.


We highly recommend regularly looking at the tracking page and ETA or signing up for notifications via the courier (If applicable) so you can monitor your items journey and be prepared for the delivery.
