Forgot to update your address before checking out?

This is a common mistake that can easily be fixed!


If the item/s have not been dispatched, simply get into contact with us on 07 3123 4715 or create a ticket and let us know of your order number and the correct address the item/s need to be delivered to. 


We will alert our warehouse and ensure the items shipping information is updated for you. We may need to get back into contact with you to settle any now outstanding shipping fees or refunds so please provide your most up to date phone number as well.


If however your item has already been dispatched, you can either get into contact with the designated courier and advise of the consignment number and new address, or let us know about the needed redirect by calling us on 07 3123 4715 or creating a ticket and we will ensure the item is redirected for you as quickly as possible.
